Questions we get at the counter
Do I need a medical card?
No. You must be 21+ with a valid government ID, or 18+ with a valid medical marihuana card.
What ID do you accept?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. We check every visit, every time, including for curbside and at the door on delivery.
Do you take cards?
Cash at the counter — we don't take debit or credit there. If you order ahead for pickup, curbside or delivery, you can also pay online when you place the order. There's an ATM on site if you'd rather pull cash before you get to the counter.
Can I order ahead?
Yes. Order on the menu and choose in-store pickup, curbside, or delivery. You can also just walk in — nothing has to be set up ahead of time.
How does curbside work?
Place your order on the menu, park out front when you arrive, and call the store. A budtender brings it out. Have your ID ready.
Do you deliver to my town?
We deliver to White Cloud, Fremont, Newaygo, Big Rapids, Howard City, Morley, Kent City, Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Kentwood, Grandville, Jenison, and Hudsonville. Not on the list? Call the store — if you're close to the line we'll tell you straight. Someone 21 or older has to receive the order at the door.
What are your hours?
10am to 9pm, seven days a week. Delivery availability ends at 7pm daily.
Are there discounts?
Standing discounts for veterans, seniors, first-time customers, and industry. Bring valid ID and ask at the counter for details.

Questions about what's on the shelf
Flower
What forms of flower do you carry?
Whole bud, pre-ground, and small buds. Whole bud is buds prepacked by weight. Pre-ground is milled and packed, so there's no step for you, though we carry it on and off rather than all the time. Small buds come from lower on the stem and are often the better value.
How is flower sold?
Most of our buds are prepacked into either eighths or ounces.
How do I know what I'm buying?
Every package is labelled with the strain name and the grower.
Does the selection change?
Yes. Strains come and go with each harvest, so the shelf changes week to week. Ask what came in recently to get the freshest possible buds.
Preroll
What preroll options do you carry?
Singles, multi-packs, and infused. Singles are usually half a gram or a gram — an easy way to try a strain. Multi-packs come several to a pack and cost less per roll. The count and the size vary by brand. Infused rolls have concentrate added and sit on a separate, clearly labelled shelf.
How are prerolls sold?
By the roll or by the pack. The package lists the strain, the weight, and the grower.
Do infused prerolls cost more?
Yes — they're priced above standard rolls and always labelled as infused so you know what you're getting.
Do I need any extra gear?
No. Nothing else needed — no grinder, no papers.
Vape
What's the difference between a cartridge and an all-in-one?
A 510 cartridge screws onto a battery you buy once and keep — it's the common threaded fitting. An all-in-one is self-contained: it comes charged, gets used until it's empty, then gets disposed of.
Do I need to buy a battery separately?
If you don't already have a 510 battery, yes — hardware and cannabis are separate purchases, and a battery on its own isn't a cannabis product.
Are all-in-ones rechargeable?
Not all of them, and none are refillable — check the package before you buy.
How are cartridges sized?
By volume. Half-gram and one-gram are the usual sizes.
Concentrate
What types of concentrate do you carry?
Rosin, live resin and badder. Rosin is made from plants frozen at harvest rather than dried first, with heat and pressure and nothing else — no solvent. Badder is whipped to a soft texture.
How is concentrate sold?
By the gram, or in baller buckets. Every jar is labelled with the producer and what it was made from.
Do I need special equipment?
Yes, and it depends on the concentrate. Tell a budtender what you have and they'll tell you what fits.
Should I refrigerate my concentrate?
Yes — somewhere cool and dark. A refrigerator works for storage, and a freezer is recommended for the long term.
Edible
What kinds of edible do you carry?
Gummies, chocolate, and drinks. Gummies come in sealed multi-piece packages. Chocolate bars are scored into portions. Drinks are bottled or canned and sold one at a time.
How are edibles sold?
By the package, not by weight.
How much is in each piece?
The label states the amount per piece and per package — read it before you open it.
How should I store them?
In the original packaging. It's child-resistant and it carries the label, and that matters more here than with anything else we sell — keep edibles out of reach of children.
Topical
What kinds of topical do you carry?
Balm, lotion, and roll-on. Balm is a firm salve in a tin that you warm between your fingers. Lotion is thinner, in a pump or squeeze bottle. Roll-on uses a rollerball applicator and is easy to keep in a bag.
How are topicals sold?
By the container, not by weight. The label lists what's in it and how much, the same as everything else on the shelf.
Can a topical be eaten?
No. It's made to go on skin, not in you, and the packaging says so.
Does the selection change?
Yes — the range changes, so ask what's actually on the shelf before you make the drive.
